St. Francis Memorial Hospital recognizes the value of receiving both compliments and complaints.  Compliments and complaints  may be received via the We’re Listening Suggestion Box submissions (Appendix 1) located in the lobby, through submission of Compliments /Complaint Forms located on our website  www.sfmhosp.com or via phone to the Sr. Admin team.

All compliments and complaints will be directed to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Chief Nursing OfficeréDir of Patient Care Services.   Complaints & Compliments will be tracked through the Patient Safety Company portal system.

We encourage our patients and families to provide feedback in writing.  If you wish a response regarding your compliment and/or complaint, please include your name and phone number.
