The goal of our Diabetes Clinic is to provide community access to a well-trained team of health professionals with emphasis on education and ambulatory treatment. The central role of the patient in the management of the disease is recognized and supported.
Appointments
Call (613) 756-3044 ext. 0 to make an appointment at either our Barry’s Bay or Killaloe clinics. Please note the clinics do fill up quickly and it is important to schedule appointments in advance. We will call to reconfirm appointments 1-2 days ahead of time.
For Internal Medicine needs please use telemedicine services as appropriate. SFMH works closely with partners to meet patient needs such as The Ottawa Heart Institute, Pembroke Regional Hospital, and Renfrew Victoria Hospital.
