In collaboration with Ontario Health East's Home & Community Care Support Services and local physician referrals, SFMH's ambulatory clinic offers out-patient wound care, medication administrations, blood transfusions, phlebotomies, catheter and drain care, suture and staple removal.
Once the referral is received, the patient will be contacted and an appointment will be scheduled.
The clinics hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (except holidays).
